I have successfully made another traditional Norwegian meal. Fiskeboller! It is a fish derived dish that is formed into balls and cooked up with a simple white sauce and served with boiled carrots (gulrot) and potatoes (potet). The final product turned out very tasty. I am becoming Norwegianfied!

NOTE: Sorry for the backwards transitions. I don't know how that happened.
