Can someone help with some Polish words, please? - Norwegia

I am making some signs for some telephones in Norway. The text is to be in Norwegian ,English and Polish.
Maybe someone could help me to get the Polish wording right?

The sign is to say:

Telefon hovedvakt
Telephone main gate
Telefon do głównej straży przemysłowej

And one more sentence:

Løft av røret og vent
Lift the hanset and wait
Podnieś słuchawkę i czekaj

Is the Polish correct or maybe there is a better way to write this.
I would be very thankful if someone could help

no ja bym to tak napisał
Lift the handset and wait

is also correctly " telefon do straży przemysłowej"
without the "main"
