2. Requests the Executive Secretary to continue consultations with the Government of Poland and to negotiate a Host Country Agreement for convening the sessions that complies with the provisions of the United Nations administrative instruction ST/AI/342, with a view to concluding and signing the Host Country Agreement not later than the thirty-eighth sessions of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation;"

Wiesz, nie lapie twoich argumentow.
1. Podalam link do dokumentu z 14.09.2012, ze konferencja ma sie odbyc (bez wzgledu na kraj) 11-22 listopada 2013, a ty mi podajesz link do dokumentu z 07.12.2012 ( czyli pozniejszy), ze nagle delegacja polska "wymyslila" sobie taka date ?
2. Nie bardzo lapie tez, to "Należy podkreślić; NA WNIOSEK / OFERTĘ POLSKIEGO RZĄDU"
Oczywiscie, ze Polska zglosila swoja kandydature na goszczenie konferencji. Przeciez bez tego nie bylaby brana pod uwage. Ale to, ze konferencja ma sie odbyc "NA WNIOSEK ", to powazna nadinterpretacja.
Probowalam sobie wyobrazic, ze Norwegia jest gospodarzem szczytu i jako date rozpoczecia owego podaje(do zaakceptowania) 17 maja....
Wiesz, tu nie trzeba specjalnie wysilac wyobrazni, wystarczy "wygooglowac"

Wydaje mi sie, ze takie teorie spiskowe, to tylko w Polsce i u Polakow sa mozliwe. Patim juz z powodu "okazji" i swojego psychicznego ADHD wkleja co sie da w tym watku i zaciera rece razem z kryssem, ze moze przemyca wiecej "sensacji"
