It is available online without registration, aiming to reduce the information and language barriers that often make quick intervention difficult, especially when dealing with difficult emotions, stress, mental health crises, or concerns for the safety of loved ones.
The information provided includes, among others:
- emergency numbers, such as 113 and 116 117, for urgent medical or crisis assistance,
- 24/7 helplines and chats offering emotional support and helpful conversations,
- practical tips on how to act in various crisis situations, also considering language barriers — with the option to use an interpreter or support in Polish.
The map is intended not only for families, but also for teachers and schools — as a "cheat sheet" to facilitate quick responses in difficult moments in a student's life. Thanks to regular updates, the link to the material serves as a stable source of up-to-date support contacts.
