An aggressive passenger disrupted the flight from Norway to Gdańsk. The 33-year-old Pole was drunk and did not respond to the crew's instructions. After landing at the Rębiechowo airport, the Border Guard intervened.
The incident occurred on March 3 during a flight from Norway to Gdańsk. The man behaved aggressively towards other passengers and the aircraft crew. He ignored safety instructions during landing. Upon arrival, he was escorted off the plane in handcuffs by Border Guard officers.

Aggressive behavior on board

The 33-year-old Pole was under the influence of alcohol. During the flight, he used vulgar language towards other passengers. He disrupted order on board and did not respond to the crew's instructions. The situation was particularly problematic during preparations for landing. The man refused to fasten his seatbelt.

Border Guard intervention

After being detained, the 33-year-old was taken to the Social Emergency Center for Intoxicated Persons in Gdańsk. He spent the night there until he sobered up. Only the next day did officers carry out further procedures. The man faced consequences for disturbing order on board the aircraft. The case ended with a fine.

The Border Guard imposed the maximum fine of 1,000 PLN on the passenger. The penalty was for disturbing public order during the flight. Officers remind that crew instructions are mandatory for all passengers, especially in situations related to flight safety. Ignoring them may result in intervention by authorities after landing.
The incident ended without any threat to the safety of the flight or other passengers. The intervention was carried out immediately after the plane landed in Gdańsk. Officers from the Special Intervention Team regularly respond to similar situations at the Rębiechowo airport. Every report of a disturbance on board is checked immediately after the plane arrives.
