Free Psychological Support for the Polish Community in Norway. Call and Talk
Support hotline for the Polish community MojaNorwegia
The Vita Viator Association – Polish Center for Therapy and Development runs a support hotline in Norway dedicated to Poles living abroad. The initiative was created for people who are going through a difficult time, experiencing a crisis, or simply need to talk in Polish.
The hotline operates under the name "Let's Talk" and offers free psychological and informational support as well as assistance in crisis situations.
Operating Hours
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- 18:00–20:00
We want Poles in Norway to know that they have access to conversation and professional support in their own language. Many people are still unaware that such help is available.
Information Provided by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Oslo
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Oslo also announced the launch of the hotline and published a statement about the opening of the trust line run by Vita Viator.
The project is carried out under the leadership of Anna Matysiak in cooperation with Agnieszka Ździebłowska, a special education teacher.
Initiative Funded by Membership Fees
The association finances the hotline through membership fees, which are used to cover technical costs and maintain the phone number. The organization encourages spreading information about the hotline to reach as many people in need of support as possible.
