5th Edition of the Yo.Yo.Danseskole Dance Show on June 14 in Sandnes

The event will start at 3:00 PM, with entry for the audience available from 2:00 PM.

This year’s jubilee edition promises to be especially attractive. As many as 10 dance groups will perform on stage, presenting the results of a year’s work by Yo.Yo.Danseskole participants. For many young dancers, this will be an important moment to summarize months of training, learning choreography, and developing their talents together.

For the first time in the event’s history, there will also be a Dance Battle for younger age groups. This new format will allow young participants to showcase their skills in a more dynamic and competitive way, providing the audience with extra excitement.

The Yo.Yo.Danseskole Dance Show is not just about stage performances. The organizers have also prepared additional attractions for guests. The program includes a lottery with vouchers and prizes sponsored by local businesses, a dance contest for the audience, as well as a ceremonial awarding of diplomas and medals to all school participants.

There will also be coffee and homemade baked goods, which have accompanied local community events for years.

Yo.Yo.Danseskole operates in the Rogaland region, bringing together children, youth, and adults passionate about dance. The school integrates both the Polish and international communities of Stavanger, Sandnes, and the surrounding areas, creating a space for development, activity, and spending time together.

The Dance Show is the culmination of a year’s work by the participants, but also a celebration of children’s joy, stage courage, and the sense of community built around dance.

The Moja Norwegia portal has once again taken media patronage over the event, supporting initiatives aimed at children, youth, and adults developing their artistic passions in Norway.
