After many efforts, the long-awaited Bergen–Szczecin connection returned to the schedule at the end of March this year and will remain available to passengers for longer. Wizz Air has decided to continue operating the route during the winter season as well.
This is particularly important news for Poles living and working in Bergen and throughout the Vestland region. A direct connection means a much simpler and more convenient journey to West Pomerania – without the need to plan transfers or use more distant airports.

The direct connection from Bergen to Szczecin is particularly important news for Poles living and working in Bergen and throughout the Vestland region. Thanks to the route being maintained during the winter season as well, travel to West Pomerania will remain simpler and more convenient, without the need to plan transfers or use more distant airports.~says Krzysztof Domagalski, spokesperson for Szczecin-Goleniów Airport.

The flight schedule, including flights on Mondays and Fridays, gives passengers considerable flexibility when planning their trips. It will work well for both short weekend visits and longer stays in Poland or Norway. Such a schedule is also an opportunity to introduce Szczecin and the whole of West Pomerania to Norwegian residents as an attractive destination for a short city break.
Szczecin combines the atmosphere of a big city with proximity to nature and water. The Chrobry Embankment, the Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle, the Oder riverfront boulevards, distinctive architecture and numerous green spaces make the capital of West Pomerania an ideal city-break destination.

Not only Bergen. In winter, we will also fly to Szczecin from Oslo

The winter flight schedule to Szczecin will also continue unchanged for the second route from the main airport of Norway’s capital – Oslo Gardermoen. As in the case of Bergen, flights will operate twice a week – every Monday and Friday.
This means that in winter, Szczecin will remain directly connected to Norway’s two largest cities – Oslo and Bergen.
Tickets for the above-mentioned connections are already available for sale on the carrier’s website, www.wizzair.com, and in the Wizz Air mobile app.
