TERMS OF USE FOR THE "ORZEŁ AI" VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICE
§1. Introduction
- You are launching the "Orzeł AI" service – an intelligent assistant on the MojaNorwegia.pl portal.
- The service is based on modern, experimental artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
- To use the Assistant, you must accept the rules below. They govern our liability and the way we process your data to ensure the security of the service.
§2. Technology Warning and Disclaimer
- Risk of Error: The Assistant generates answers automatically based on statistics. Despite our efforts, the system may make mistakes, provide outdated, imprecise, or fabricated information (so-called "hallucinations") that sounds credible.
- Educational Purpose: All information generated by the Assistant is strictly for supplementary and educational purposes. It does not constitute: a) Legal advice or a binding interpretation of regulations (both Polish and Norwegian); b) Tax, investment, credit, or insurance advice; c) Medical diagnosis, health advice, or psychological consultation; d) Official information binding administrative authorities (e.g., NAV, UDI, Skatteetaten, the Police).
- Your Responsibility: You use the Assistant at your own risk. Make decisions with legal or financial consequences (e.g., submitting an application, signing a contract, incurring an obligation) solely after verifying the information in official sources or with professional advisors. The Administrator shall not be held liable for any material or non-material damages resulting from relying on the Assistant's answers.
§3. Automatic Personalization (How it works)
- The Assistant has been designed to understand your context and provide relevant answers.
- By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that the system automatically retrieves and analyzes data from your profile (such as: age, gender, residency status, approximate location).
- This is a necessary technical part of this service – thanks to this, the Assistant knows, for example, what tax rates apply to your age or where to look for transport connections in your area.
§4. External Partners and Data Transfer
- The service is provided in cooperation with specialized technology companies (providers of AI models, databases, weather systems).
- The content of your conversation and contextual data are transmitted to these entities in order to generate a response.
- An up-to-date list of all involved companies (including US entities) can be found in the document: List of Technology Providers and Partners.
- This list may be updated by us as the service evolves (e.g., when changing the AI model to a newer one). Using the service implies consent to the processing of data by entities on the current list.
§5. Security and Oversight (Moderation)
- This is not a private messenger: Conversations with the Assistant are not covered by the secrecy of private correspondence. Treat it like contacting Customer Service, not an encrypted private chat.
- Employee access: You explicitly consent to our moderators and engineers having access to your conversation history. This is necessary so we can: a) Control the quality of AI responses; b) Catch and fix system errors; c) Block illegal, vulgar, or rule-breaking content.
§6. Your Obligations (Protection of Sensitive Data)
- For your safety, you commit, under penalty of liability, NOT to enter in the chat: a) Full identification numbers (Polish PESEL, Norwegian Fødselsnummer/D-nummer); b) Passwords, PIN codes, login credentials, and payment card details; c) Data concerning health status, religion, or political views.
- If you provide such data contrary to the prohibition, you do so at your own exclusive risk. The Administrator is not responsible for the consequences of processing them.
§7. Finances and Recommendations
- The Assistant may recommend the services of our Business Partners (e.g., MultiNOR).
- Any cost calculations (marked as "Priseks") are only estimates and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Assistant is not a credit broker.
