The helpline is run by Beatus Cras. You can ask about documents, employment and social matters, education, healthcare, and available support for family difficulties. Assistance consists of explaining possible next steps and directing you to the appropriate institution or specialist.

No advance registration is required. Simply call during office hours. You can also send an email outside these hours, briefly describing your matter; a response will not be immediate. Information support is free of charge. The conversation does not replace individual legal advice or psychological consultation. To meet with specialists, you need to register separately, and participation depends on availability. The current schedule and scope of assistance can be found in the Przystań Polska announcement. The organiser asks that personal matters and documents not be posted in public comments.
