The nearest deadline applies to residents of Lillestrøm: slips with the names of the deceased for requiem Masses must be submitted to the parish by Friday, 30 October. Below is the schedule of observances in four cities, verified in parish announcements on 29 October. All times are local.

Oslo: Alfaset on Sunday, two cemeteries on Monday

At the Church of St John the Apostle and Evangelist at Bredtvetveien 12, Masses in Polish will be held:
  • on 1 November at 9:00 and 13:00;
  • on 2 November at 16:00 — prayers for the deceased will begin after Mass.
On Sunday, after the morning Mass, a joint prayer is planned at around 10:15 at Alfaset gravlund, at Nedre Kalbakkvei 99. For Monday, the parish has announced prayers at 12:00 at Alfaset and Høybråten kirkegård, at Bjørnheimveien 9. The announcement gives the same time for both cemeteries, but does not specify the exact meeting points. Details can be found in the St John's parish announcements. At the Church of St Hallvard at Enerhauggata 4, Polish Masses on 1 November will be celebrated at 13:00 and 19:00, and on 2 November at 19:00. The names of the deceased may be submitted until Sunday, 1 November — in the book at the church or by email indicated in the St Hallvard parish announcements.

Bergen: procession at Møllendal around 16:30

On Sunday, 1 November, Masses in Polish are planned at two locations:
  • 12:00 - Marias Minde, Nylandsveien 31;
  • 15:00 and 19:30 - St Paul's Church, Nygårdsgaten 3.
After the 15:00 Mass, around 16:30, there will be a gathering at Møllendal Cemetery and a procession with prayers for the deceased. The meeting point is at the chapel next to the car park. The parish indicates the main entrance from Møllendalsveien. On Monday, 2 November, Mass in Polish will begin at 19:00 at Marias Minde. Both days are described in the announcements of the Polish pastoral ministry in Bergen.

Kristiansand: Polish Mass at 16:00 on All Souls' Day

At the Church of St Ansgar at Kirkegata 3, Mass in Polish on Sunday, 1 November, will be held at 9:00. On Monday, 2 November, prayers for the deceased will begin at 15:30, followed by Polish Mass at 16:00. A procession to Kristiansand kirkegård, at Setesdalsveien 9, is also planned for Monday, but only after the Mass in Norwegian, which begins at 18:00. The meeting point will be at the cemetery chapel. The parish does not give the exact start time or the language of the procession. The 18:00 time refers to Mass at the church. This schedule is confirmed by the announcements of the Polish pastoral ministry in Kristiansand.

Lillestrøm: slips with names due by 30 October

At the Church of St Magnus at Romeriksgata 1, Polish Masses will be held on 1 November at 14:00 and on 2 November at 19:30. Those wishing to submit the names of deceased loved ones for prayer during requiem Masses should do so no later than Friday, 30 October. Slips and envelopes are available at the back of the church. The parish asks that, in addition to the names, the date and time of the Mass also be included. In the St Magnus parish announcement, people are also encouraged to visit the cemetery during the first week of November. However, no date has been set for a joint procession. This overview covers selected parishes. Before travelling, check the linked announcement from the organiser — changes or additional information about the meeting point may appear there.
