1. Get to know your audience better

But how do you really? It's no more than just understanding that poles are not just a group of craftsmen who build Norwegian houses, but a very complex group. 2. Do not be afraid of Polish language

Poles are quite proud of their language and appreciate if they find information they need written in their native language. They rely more on what they understand. Make sure information about your company is available in Polish eg. on your website. Also use Polish language in customer service, especially at first customer contact. The companies that offer customer service in Polish get 50% better results than those who offer customer service in Norwegian or English. You may start with a Polish employee.

3. Build customer relationships and customer loyalty

Everything you do forms the perception of your business with customers, collaborators and potential employees. And the more positive these associations are, the more support your business will get from the environment. Have you thought what your potential customer thinks if he hears the name of your business? How is your company perceived by poles in Norway? It's a success if your users recommend your products or services to others.
