For our office in Gdansk, we are looking for;
Office and administrative assistant
Tasks:
•Accounts payable posting of all supplier invoices, ensuring payment by due date and matching of relevant purchase order
•Dealing with various HR issues including the recruitment process, work related issues and others.
•Follow up on all supplier contracts
•Interaction with appropriate staff to maintain accurate accounting data
•Organizing and maintaining calendar and arranging business meetings/trips
•Purchasing office supplies
•Supporting staff and management in day-to-day operations
•Ad-hoc project work dependent on needs
•Assumes other responsibilities as required
Education / Job requirements:
•Preferred higher education and some office assistant experience
•Flexible and proactive attitude
•Ability to determine priorities
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office with and advanced experience in Excel usage)
Languages:
•Polish: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Norwegian: Good verbal and written communication skills
